    Mr. Suzuki has an exemplary career that spans major pharmaceutical companies such as Yamanouchi / Astellas and Amgen , as well as innovative startups like Amgen Astellas Biopharma and PharmaEssentia, both in Japan and internationally. Specializing in urology, hematology/oncology, bone/inflammation, hyperlipidemia, and rare diseases, he brings extensive experience in sales and marketing across a wide range of therapeutic areas. Mr. Suzuki has successfully led the launches of over 10 products, demonstrating a robust track record in achieving market penetration. His leadership extends beyond individual product launches, encompassing the successful management of numerous cross-functional projects focused on launch preparation, post-launch activities, business process optimization, operational excellence, departmental integration, drug pricing strategies, and digital transformation (DX) initiatives. He has a strong academic foundation, holding both an MS in Pharmaceutical Sciences and an MBA.

    Dr. Agata boasts a distinguished career spanning both major pharmaceutical companies (Pfizer, AbbVie, Shire) and innovative startups (Guardant Health, PharmaEssentia) in Japan and overseas. His expertise encompasses drug discovery across oncology, immunology, and rare diseases, with a focus on both early-stage research at renowned institutions (Stanford University, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute) and translational efforts at companies like ILEX Oncology and Genzyme. He has a proven track record of success in bringing numerous pharmaceuticals and diagnostics to market, with extensive experience in medical affairs, market access (pricing, HTA, patient support), and business development. He maintains a strong academic presence, having served on the editorial board of the AACR journal Molecular Cancer Therapeutics and as a council member of the Japan Pharmacological Society. He currently serves as a visiting professor at Toho University. He holds a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Kanazawa University.
